About the roleAs the
Quality Assurance Officer you are integral to the success of V/Line’s People & Integrity Group. You will ensure the effective management of
Quality Assurance and compliance requirements for the RTO.
Key Accountabilities include:- Conducting internal compliance audits for VRQA and SVTS.
- Assisting with the RTO re-registration process.
- Verifying state-funded contracts.
- Managing the transition of Training.gov packages.
- Conducting assessment validations and moderation according to schedules.
- Verifying and reviewing course and website materials.
- Maintaining the Continuous Quality Improvement register.
- Identifying and monitoring compliance risks, assisting in rectification.
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
About youYou are a strong problem solver who enjoys developing solutions. You able to effectively manage your time, balancing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
- Recent working experience with VRQA or ASQA re-registration (essential)
- Previous experience managing compliance in an RTO
- Strong knowledge of JobReady or VETtrak
- Familiarity with Cloud Assess (desirable)
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
