We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Resource Developer to join our team. The responsibilities of this role will include the research, development, and implementation of competency-based Training Resources and supporting documents, this will be in conjunction with the support of our industry trainers.
If you are a motivated individual who is highly organised, have a proven ability to work in a team setting, have a proven ability to work with SME's in the development of high-quality resources that reflect both compliance and delivery needs, then this may be the right job for you!
To be successful:
- Demonstrated competence in using industry-standard practices in the research and development of training content.
- Work effectively with the relevant internal teams and subject matter specialists to source relevant documentation and information to build training content and associated resource material.
- Demonstrated ability to research, develop and write instructions for new and specialised training material.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training needs analysis for required Training Resource in line with training package rules and transition periods.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training material for each required unit which includes presentation material, trainer guides, assessments, mapping documents and learner guides.
- Demonstrated ability to follow formal training and assessment processes to ensure material is developed following industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability of researching for development of training and assessment materials.
- A demonstrated ability to actively participate in personal and team continuous improvement activities.
- The ability to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to a changing work environment.
- High levels of skill and experience in verbal and written communication.
- Previous experience in validation processes, including incorporating feedback from Industry and trainers.
