JOB DETAILS:In this position you will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services across a rural Hospital & Health Service. Providing leadership and high-level pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.
- Negotiable contract length up to 12 months
- Rural Central Queensland
- Hours: Tues - Fri 0900 - 1730
- Sole clinician - suitable for Pharmacists who work well individually
- Fleet car
- Travel / flights covered
- Single accommodation provided
- This position is suitable for Pharmacists with 2+ years hospital experience
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Pharmacy
- QLD Health experience is ideal but not essential
- Relevant licensing & registration with AHPRA
- Police check (within the past 6 months)
- Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Varicella (chicken pox)
- Pertussis (whooping cough)
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis A
