About the Position: Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate pharmacist to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. This role promises excellent career pathways, including potential management and pharmacy ownership opportunities. You'll be working approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the group expands. Personalised induction and ongoing training will be provided to ensure you have the support and resources needed for success. The role includes daily support from the Pharmacist Manager, Retail Manager, and the entire team, fostering an environment where you can build meaningful relationships with both regular and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and establish strong community connections.
- Focus on forward dispensing service to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage dispensary stock needs through meticulous ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy guidelines and provide leadership within the team.
- Assist the Pharmacist in charge in the Medical Cannabis Clinic.
