Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their businessProactively source new business to achieve KPI’s and targetsSupporting inventory management, including in stocktake and dispatchProcessing sales and performing sales quotesAbout youAre comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environmentAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave, or are excited to learn, technical seasonal and Rural Products knowledge to support clientsIdeally have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills however we will invest in the growth of candidates looking to commence their career in ag.Have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clientsHave a driver’s license.
