This position is based in our in Wingfield, SA branch.
We are looking for passionate people to join our world-class service team as we continue to raise the levels of service within the materials handling industry. We already have a great team but we want to grow it and that’s where you come in.
About the role
This role will be responsible:
- Developing and managing a professional and responsive Service, Field, Workshop and Administration team to external customers and suppliers to achieve set targets for Service revenue and profit
- Ensuring the professional management, continuous improvement and development of the Service and Workshop teams
- Monitoring the operational planning, organisation and execution of the service team’s daily work activities and objectives
- Acting as the prime focal point to ensure regular contact and communication with external and internal customers – provide product advice and guidance, resolve servicing and parts issues, resolve invoicing disputes, assess level and quality of service provided
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in forklift or heavy equipment industry preferred
- Baseplan experience highly regarded but not essential
- Be able to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
