Inspection Express (iPropertyExpress) is an Australian-based software company focused on creating innovative solutions for clients in the real estate industry. Following recent rapid growth across Australia and New Zealand, we are now seeking a proven performer to assist in the training of our new & existing clients on the road & work from home.
During a typical day, you will:
- Deliver high quality onsite & online product training -travel & a reliable car is necessary for this role
- Provide induction support with a timely response to enquiries
- Analyse client requirements & liaise with sales team members to customise concise induction training
- Monitor and record client advancement & communications in CRM
- Build & maintain long-lasting professional relationships with clients
- Communicate with the training & support teams to ensure smooth training delivery
The Right Candidate:
- Is Sydney-based with the flexibility to travel interstate
- Is IT & computer savvy
- A confident speaker, with exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Possess excellent time management & organisational qualities
- Is a competent team player
- Has a lateral approach to problem-solving & is able to think on their feet
- Is adaptable to change
A background in real estate property management is desirable
