Your Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the exciting responsibility of providing comprehensive training on Kronos Dimensions, our time and attendance system. In this role, you will be instrumental in equipping People Leaders, Site Administrators, and employees with the essential skills needed for a seamless transition to Kronos Dimensions. Your expertise will be delivered through engaging and diverse mediums, including interactive webinars, personalized face-to-face sessions, and accessible eLearning modules. Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Write and edit new and existing content, working closely with the Project Team and Community Services to scope the learning and training requirements for the roll out of Kronos
  • Engage stakeholders and facilitate internal and external consultation, communication and negotiation to agree learning needs and strategies.
  • Schedule training sessions to minimize disruption to normal working, while ensuring employees achieve the levels of skill necessary for their jobs
  • Develop and implement tools and resources to increase the level of knowledge of the policy, process and use of Kronos including rostering, managing exceptions, leave, approval and sign-off of employee timesheets
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness, understanding, knowledge, adoption and use of Kronos in accordance with the Kronos Policy, process and Service Delivery Enterprise Agreement (SDEA) terms and conditions
  • Report to the Project team on approach and status of learning strategies and interventions on end-user competency and confidence in using Kronos
Requirements for Success
  • Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions, time & attendance system and awareness of payroll processes
  • Experience in designing and delivering IT courses
  • 5+ years’ experience in learning design and delivery
  • Exposure to large IT transformation projects will be highly regarded, as will Instructional Design, Adult Learning or Training certifications and/or relevant academic qualifications
  • Highly self-motivated and able to wok remotely from home or from the office in a team environment as required
  • Ability to travel to sites, both locally and interstate to deliver face to face training sessions
