The Position:
We are currently seeking applications from site-experienced individuals to fill the role of Safety Admin for one of our Western Australian Operations.

Requirements for Safety Admins:
- Excellent time management skills in prioritizing and planning workloads
- Previous site experience (Desirable)
- Data entry and attention to details skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active and able to work autonomously.
- Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Demonstrated use of safety database systems (INX Desirable)
- National Police Clearance
- Must have the full working rights in Australia
- Able to pass company medical check
- Preferred candidate to reside in WA
Requirements for Safety Admins:
- Maintain necessary files and records of trainings to prove the employee is compliant.
- Assist with employees training as needed
- Ensure all qualifications are valid
- Review assessments for completeness, signature, marking etc
- Contact sites and inform of deficiencies and return to site where applicable
- Data entry onto PowerPro
- Ensure details are correct on INX and correct as required
