• Previous experience in a commercial Pastry kitchen is desired
• Strong understanding of baking and pastry produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
• Exceptional eye for detail
• The right "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
• Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
