Safety Advisor | High Rise Construction

Design & Build Recruitment is representing one of our national clients. We are currently seeking a suitably skilled Safety Advisor to join a Commercial Construction builder.

The Role
This is a role where you will be required out on site. You will be working on a live project in the Brisbane area. You will be liaising with the Project Managers, Site Leadership, various subcontractors. 

Responsibilities

• Safety administration
• Incident management 
• Site inductions (plant/personnel/equipment) 
• SWMS management with subcontractors and employees 
• Internal site auditing 
• Toolbox meetings and training with employees and subcontractors 
• EHS reviews
• Site walks / inspections 
• Establishment and maintenance of risk registers
• Use of Hammertech to report and induct & Procore

The Person

• 5+ years' Safety Advisor experience
• Experience working on Luxury High Rise Residential Construction build sites $50m+ in value
• Tower Crane experience
• Cert IV in WHS
• High level of verbal & written communication
• Ability and willingness to start immediately
• Ability and willingness to work a long term contract
