As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Safety and Quality Partner to join our team and drive Safety and Quality leadership across all aspects of our business. Based in our Perth office in Perth Airport, the Safety and Quality Partner will play a pivotal role in providing leadership in Safety and Quality across our operations and support functions.
This role will involve partnering with stakeholders to enhance risk perception, driving proactive approaches to Safety and Quality, and fostering a culture of continual improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: Engagement: Develop key relationships with department stakeholders to enhance behavioural and performance expectations. Coach and facilitate the continuous enhancement of risk perception, proactive Safety and Quality behaviours, and application of Alliance Airlines' safe systems of work.
