About the role
- Ongoing full-time Clerk Grade 9/10 role working 35 hours per week, based in Parramatta and Sydney.
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements will be considered based on operational requirements.
- Offering a competitive salary of $120,859 up to $133,183 plus super and annual leave loading.

We have recently established a new ongoing full-time Safety and Wellbeing Manager role within our People and Culture team. This is an exciting time for an experienced leader to join our organisation and take the opportunity to drive and embed a positive safety culture as well as promote wellbeing within our organisation.
About the team
The People and Culture team sits within the Strategy, People and Governance division. This team provides advice and services across the organisation in work health and safety, talent, learning, workplace culture, people, and performance.
About the role
This is a technical role responsible for managing the WHS and Wellbeing functions within the organisation. In this role you will be leading and delivering a range of initiatives and programs to support our people, many of whom directly support some of the most vulnerable members of our community. You will ensure our compliance with statutory requirements and strategic planning to create efficiencies and drive improvements across the organisation,
This is a newly established role, and you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing and maintaining effective WHS and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures within NSWTG. You will also work with the team to lead proactive initiatives that promote and improve employee wellbeing, as well as fostering a more positive and supportive work environment from a safety lens.

About you
We are looking for someone to join the team who has:
Significant knowledge, understanding and experience in WHS, wellbeing and/or risk management.
Effective communication and leadership skills and can engage and consult across the business.
A logical mindset and an ability to think and solve problems to make improvements.
An ability to remain motivated, take initiative and remain organised
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline and/or equivalent extensive WHS knowledge, skills and experience.
Sound knowledge and understanding of WHS related legislation and applicable Codes of Practice and Standards
Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence and an ability to travel to worksites across NSW as required.
