This role is vital in influencing Project Managers to achieve health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) excellent. You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to;
- Steer the development and implementation of HSEQ standards that align with compliance and due diligence requirements
- Undertake audits and inspections
- Work closely with senior management to prepare reports
- Motivate and educate employees to champion best practice use of systems
- Develop work method statements, project plans and inspection and test plans
- Implement system changes and improvements to demonstrate continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will posses the following;
- A qualification in work health and safety (minimum of Certificate IV)
- Knowledge of current legislation, standards and industry requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience working on a construction site.
