About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Safety, Health, Environment and Quality ('SHEQ') Coordinator to join our SHEQ Team. This is a national, permanent full time role, that can be based in either our Griffith Office (NSW 2680) or our Tamworth Office (NSW 2430). Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, this position provides high quality coordination and administration support nationally, to our SHEQ team, leaders and farms.

The position is also responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Coordinate, monitor and track and report on environmental and Quality compliance audits and actions nationally, as required.
• Coordinate and administer environmental planners, work instruction reviews, document control,
• Coordinate, monitor and track and report weather stations, stock and land returns, ELP returns, workers compensation data and reporting, management of licenses and renewals,
• Coordinate, monitor, track costs and report on key SHEQ related projects or initiatives nationally, as required.
• Contact, and liaise with the ProTen team, consultants, regulatory bodies, suppliers, contractors and 3rd parties as required.
• Provide data entry, data analysis, budget analysis, periodic and board reporting and metrics for the SHEQ function

About you

To be considered for the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality ('SHEQ') Coordinator position, you’ll need to be an experienced, proactive office administrator - preferably with experience in WHS, Environmental or Quality/Compliance. Poultry industry experience would also be highly regarded. You are efficient, with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You are a proven self-starter who is able to work well in a small team and over the phone/electronically with a wider team across Australia.

The successful applicant must have the right to work in Australia and be an open minded, passionate, have strong organisational skills and an ability to managing changing priorities when required. You will have strong system maintenance and administrations experience, excellent experience in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. You will be a quick learner, able to communicate with varying styles of people, multitask and bring creative problem-solving skills to overcome unexpected challenges.
