Who are we looking for?
Working with our client Main Roads WA, we are seeking a Safety Health and Wellbeing Coordinator based in Geraldton on a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Implement contractor management plan suitability audits
- Participate in Construction Risk Assessment Workshops
- Manage contractor incident and hazard reports
- Undertake compliance audits and inspections of contractor works
- Assist contractors to meet Main Roads safety standards
What you will bring to the team:
- Sound knowledge of the Contractor Safety Management
- Ability to lead and carry out comprehensive safety audits
- Able to work well independtly and as part of a team
- Completion of a Diploma in OHS, Lead Investigations, Specimen collecting, Internal Auditor and Basic Worksite Traffic Management (desirable)
