We are currently seeking a highly motivated Safety Professional to join us as a Safety Partner for our XXXX Brewery in Brisbane on a Permanent Full-Time basis!
Reporting to our LAU Safety Leader, you will partner with the XXXX team to ensure we keep everyone safe every day!
A day in life...
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop strategies to promote a culture of safety.
- Collaborate with XXXX teams to identify and address safety concerns, conduct safety training, and promote best practices.
- Actively engage with various teams to gather and share safety knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach and influence our teams on Lion’s safety management systems.
- Join our leadership meetings to provide safety information and stay up to date on business updates.
- Enable effective contractor management and inductions through upskilling our leaders on the Pegasus system (we will train you on Pegasus)
- Be our onsite SME to partner with our teams on machine safety, permit systems and LOTO
About You:
Bring your safety background in any industry, as well as –
- At ease engaging with team members and leaders at all levels and building positive relationships
- Enjoy being hands-on and onsite at the brewery.
- Experience within an operational environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Interested in the technical elements of manufacturing and machine safety.
