About the Role

An exciting ongoing opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer – Advisor Customer Experience to join the Insights and Program Delivery team, dedicated to improving the experience of workers, businesses and people who interact with SafeWork NSW!

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Customer Experience initiatives within SafeWork NSW:

• Support the project lead/s in the delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain customer, internal and external stakeholder and community relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management
• Coordinate working groups, committees and consultations that bring the customer’s voice in to SafeWork NSW
• Assist the team in undertaking research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and delivery
• Seek opportunities to improve SafeWork's capability in using customer insights to improve how it delivers to the people of NSW

What we are looking for:

• A background in CX/Service design, including journey mapping, service blueprints, persona development, ideation, and other skills that support human centred design principles
• Experience in developing, building and/or assisting to deliver Customer Experience programs.
• Ability to complete time sensitive tasks
• Demonstrated sound oral and written communication skills
• Analytical skills and being able to synthesise information
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with online collaborative platforms such as Miro will be highly regarded.
