About the Role
We are currently seeking a Safety & Training Consultant to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis at our Toorak Garden, SA Office. Reporting to the Safety and Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the delivery of F5M products to clients predominantly in the government, hospitality, and retail sectors. This includes the delivery of highly practical, client-focused emergency management training and drills in accordance with AS3745 and AS4083 as well as other complementary training. Other responsibilities include:
- Fire and Emergency Training.
- Hands on Fire Extinguisher training.
- Taking part in Emergency Planning Committee Meetings.
- Facilitation and observation of Emergency Exercises including. Evacuations.
- Regular time sensitive reporting and administration.
About you
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
- Current Driver’s License and own vehicle.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- QBCC License
- Fire Safety Advisor (FSA) qualification
- Previous experience in delivering ECO training, Fire Warden, Chief Warden and Evacuation Training (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience delivering training in an adult learning environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training with flair and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Valid Police Check (Highly desirable).
