This award winning builder is looking for a HSEQ Coordinators to join our Sydney office and support the implementation and development of our company management systems. As a junior safety coordinator, you will working with a team comprising of 1str and 2nd tier building professionals, reporting to the National HSEQ Systems Manager and supporting site supervisors to install a safe work culture throughout the business. You will also assist with audit planning and programming, undertake internal and external audits, document findings and non-conformances, and assist with staff training and incident investigations. As a national builder, we pride ourselves on our dedicated safety team and well-resourced sites, as well as our culture of respect, integrity, honesty, and teamwork. Our projects span across Government, Commercial, University, and Health sectors, and we offer excellent training and development opportunities within Safety. Ideally, you have a Cert IV in Safety, relevant industry knowledge, experience in a construction environment, and excellent communication skills. You are also able to work autonomously and travel to project sites throughout Sydney.
