ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Sage Intacct Project Consultant to plan, design, develop and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organiSational functions, as well as assist with upgrades, training and support for the Sage Intacct solution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Sage Intacct implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning and implementing the Sage Intacct solution.
- Document processes, timelines and responsibilities and leverage appropriate tools and resources.
- Build relationships with customers and work closely with them to achieve the best solutions to maximiSe product use, benefits and functionality.
- Develop and execute a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using ERP solutions (i.e. NetSuite, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Sage or similar ERP software).
- Experience implementing Sage Intacct and related solutions highly desirable.
- Currently residing in Australia or with work permit in Australia.
- Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to project accounting, financial management including multi-company consolidations, quote to cash, procure to pay, operations and e-commerce/CRM functions highly desired.
- Experience providing pre-sales support including product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.
- Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.
- Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.
- Have professional exposure in business workflow.
- Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.
- Must be able to travel 30% as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or equivalent strongly preferred.
