About the Candidate:
The Sales and Administration Assistant role is an incredible opportunity for you to take your customer sales and administration experience and skills to the next level. We’re looking for someone with experience in the hospitality industry, with experience in selling small wares, consumables, packaging and hygiene/cleaning products.
You will need to be a passionate professional with great attention to detail and a drive to achieve, would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Manage customer sales at our Winnellie showroom
- Maintain a customer call schedule and maintain relationship with remote customers
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, through fast, upbeat, and genuine responses to inquiries and feedback
- Answer customer communication in an efficient manner
- Collaborate with our team to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Be motivated to meet or exceed key performance targets, both personally and as a team
- Act as an effective DCS Ambassador to our customers and as part of the DCS team
You’ll Love this role if you:
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have technological aptitude to manage spreadsheets and documents.
- Have previous experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Have self-motivation for learning

- Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Work experience with defence would be an advantage
