SALES & ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR / FULL-TIME (ON SITE)

About the role:
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of sales process, including customer service, sales order processing, warehouse assistance and general administration across the business as required.
- Enter sales orders as required, database management of wholesale customers and maintenance of all sales related data into internal systems.
- Create, generate, and maintain all forms of sales data.
- Ensure wholesale orders are updated with tracking and any other information once order has been dispatched.
- Monitor and track wholesale shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any issues or delays that might arise with orders that have been dispatched.
- High level Microsoft Office experience.
- Assisting with warehouse Pick and Pack orders as required.
- Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (Zoho One inventory), Shopify and our associated apps.
- Weekly cleaning of head office and warehouse, ensure all bins are emptied and taken to kerbside and pick up on bin collection days.
- Ensure Head Office, Reception and Warehouse all areas are clean, tidy and well maintained to a premium standard that reflects our premium brand.
- Conduct very regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow sufficient step by step process of ‘arriving’ bulk deliveries into the warehouse, accurately ‘allocating and storing’ of bulk deliveries in a timely, efficient manner. Notify Operations Manager of item delivery count.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong tech skills and systems knowledge. This includes Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, G-drive, Spreadsheets, CRM, Inventory systems, and video / communication platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems and logistics software.
- Proven experience in sales support, warehouse operations, and high-level administration support.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities, flexibility and adaptable to change, time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Be self-driven, energetic and motivated.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
- Mature minded with an ability to work autonomously and also work well within a small team environment.
- Must have an Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Candidate must have full Australian working rights; Permanent Resident, Citizen – (sorry no Working Holiday Visa or student visas, we are looking for someone that is able to work full-time.)
