PRD Palm Beach is a market leading real estate office on the Southern Gold Coast and we are looking for someone with sales administration and/or property management experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.
We require a reliable, hardworking, honest and friendly person who can work in a team environment.
In this role you will assist in a range of administrative duties, including processing of marketing/presentation material, uploading new listings onto the internet, preparing contracts for listings and sales, liaising with solicitors and providing assistance to the Property Management Department as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A current Real Estate Salesperson Registration certificate;
• Professional appearance and excellent phone manner;
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
• Be able to handle responsibility and work independently.
Remuneration
We are willing to pay well above the industry standard for the right person with the required experience.
