Open Property continues to grow and we are seeking a focused and driven individual/s to join their team. The position will initially offer 2 to 3 days per week with flexibility.
As our new Assistant Property Manager, you will ideally but not essential, have previous experience in Real Estate. You must bring an eager and enthusiastic personality into the workplace.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the Property Managers within all aspects of the Property Management Portfolio
- Supporting the agency with general administrative tasks
- Supporting the sales agents when required
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering calls, and emails
Requirements
- Holds or at minimum is willing to obtain a Real Estate Agent License
- Essential to hold a driver's license
- Experience in real estate desirable but not essential
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Microsoft Office, RealWorks, Docusign and RPData
