With exceptional written and verbal communication skills you'll be the administrative glue that binds this successful and driven Sales Team.
While real estate administration experience is definitely a bonus, more important to us is your aptitude to learn on the job and positive attitude.
The Role:
• Part-Time 2-3 days (M, T, W) - school hours definitely considered for the right candidate
• General day-to-day running of the office
• Complete end-to-end processing of listings files through to settlement in concert with a very experienced remote administrator
• Document preparation and management, including listing paperwork and sale contracts
• Email management and communication with Settlement Agents, Valuers, Vendors, Purchasers, Contractors
• Diary management, including booking and managing all appointments
• Assisting with appraisal documentation, data entry and follow up
• Database management and assistance with database e-newsletter research, development & implementation
• Payment and management of office and property marketing invoices
• Property and Company marketing - Facebook, Instagram and MailChimp
• General ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills and Experience:
• Computer literate and proficient computer skills including but not limited to Gmail, Word, Excel and Vault RE experience (the latter is desirable but not essential)
• Previous real estate administration/administrative experience is desirable
• Ability to work autonomously. You will often be in the office alone while the sales team head out to do what they do best - play your tunes, own the space!
• Self-motivated, results-driven and incredible work ethic
• The ability to own tasks and outcomes
• Commitment to excelling and delivering client service and satisfaction
• Professionalism and high ethical standards at all times
• Social media knowledge and know-how
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask when required and to ask for help if needed.
• Ability to follow checklists, systems and processes is a must.
