Being front facing, we’re looking for someone who is confident and well spoken, who can build on our great rapport with clients, both face to face and over the phone.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our Director, Business Manager and Sales team as well as providing exceptional service to our diverse client base and maintaining the professional image of the Keevers Group.
Proficiency in the Google Workspace (formally G-Suite), a solid understanding of business databasing systems, preferably Vault RE and past real estate administration experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Processing, coordinating and management of current listings, sales and settlements
- Liaising with sellers, buyers, settlement agents and contractors throughout the sale process
- Manage and create property advertising
- Management of Vendor Paid Advertising
- Maintain and update the agency CRM database
- General reception, administration and office duties
