Property Sales Administrator for Burswood Point Project
Tasks and duties including:
As the Sales Administrator you will be accountable for the management of Contract processes from initial EOI through to settlement, in conjunction with the broader sales and teams. The duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide prompt notification to management of all instructions for contracts issued and ensure all contract deposits are paid directly into the solicitor's trust account (or as may be required under the terms of any contract).
- Manage and administer each contract from the sale to settlement of the lot.
- Comply with management's contract administration and sales processes including the utilisation of management's preferred sales contract administration software and correctly completing all relevant fields.
- Management of the sales process including effective communication to the Sales Director, Development Director and conveyancers where applicable.
- Ensuring that all contractual transactions are managed competently, diligently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain contract system tracking through appropriate contract milestones.
- Weekly reporting on contract updates and settlements.
- Any other duties as requested from time to time.
The ideal candidate:
- Has relevant qualifications and experience in contractual and sales administration role or similar within the property industry.
- The ability to anticipate issues and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
