Hays Office Support are delighted to partner with an industry leader who specialises in Building and Construction products. Located in Dandenong South, we are seeking a passionate Sales Administrator who is looking for their next challenge.
Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities will include
- Support the production team in processing sales orders via an online system and preparing relevant documents required to begin production
- Print relevant labels and tags are required to identify specific products, and ensure these are correct with internal data-based coding.
- Inform B2B customers of any issues or delays to scheduled production/delivery
- Document filing of all invoiced orders in the filing systems
- Manage warehouse storage occupancy
- Produce invoice for payment - follow up on any outstanding payments
- Monday to Thursday 7:15am - 4:00PM
- Friday 7:15am - 1:30pm
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
Logistics and production administration experience would be desired though not essential.
Software skills : MS Suite excel, outlook, word and some basic accounting software experience
Sales administration experience, ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Ability to take ownership of the role and offer improvement strategies where necessary
