About the client
Our client is a market leader in the assurance of the built environment servicing commercial buildings across Australia for over 30 years. With a national presence, their customers rely on them to manage risk by combining their wealth of scientific knowledge with regulatory information, to develop solutions that are innovative, compliant and pragmatic.
 
As a part of continuous growth, they are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join their head office in West Leederville
 
About the opportunity
As the Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of the National Administration team, supporting their ever-growing team of consultants across their four offices. As a part of your day-to-day, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally via managing and actioning the work order flow via the centralised phone and email system.
 
Utilising your strong attention to detail and knack for accurate data entry, you will be responsible for maintaining the inputs into the service management software system and Client portals.  Achieving a seamless experience for their Clients from their first contact through to retaining and maintaining the long standing relationships they hold.  
  
Your proactive nature will see the improvement of data accuracy and processes along the way, keeping their Clients satisfied and the Company administratively compliant.

In addition, you will initially be responsible for the day-to-day office management of the Perth office, including:

  • co-ordinating courier services;
  • monthly team meeting agenda preparation and minute taking;
  • office inventory management; and
  • ad-hoc administration duties 
After 8-12 months of success in this role, a junior will be appointed to assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks.
