About the Role:
- Visit retail partners to support them in growing their businesses through our brands.
- Supporting stores with in store education, merchandising, selling in new products on a six weekly call cycle
- General account maintenance, follow up on orders, credits, returns
- Devise and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain premium clientele.
- Foster enduring customer relationships built on trust and value.
- Possess comprehensive understanding of the retail, haircare and beauty industries to effectively position our products.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales prowess, preferably in the retail, beauty or haircare sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a capacity for independent work.
- Dedication to achieving sales targets in a commission-based setting.
- Possess own vehicle, drivers license and ABN.
