Role Overview
As a Sales Agent at Synaptico, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be promoting our AI autonomous email platform to recruitment agencies and talent management firms, demonstrating how Synaptico can transform their engagement strategies and maximise their talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients within the recruitment and talent management sectors through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations and demonstrations of the Synaptico platform, tailored to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Client Acquisition: Drive the sales process from initial contact to close, employing effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques to secure new contracts.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from the market and clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and sales approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and product teams, utilizing the provided marketing, demo, and cloud tools support to enhance sales pitches and strategies.
Required Tools and Experience
- Personal LinkedIn Account: For professional networking and lead generation.
- Phone: Essential for client communication and outreach.
- Internet Connection/Laptop: Necessary for accessing our cloud tools, conducting research, and presenting demos.
- Previous Experience: Experience in tech sales or recruitment is highly desirable, showcasing a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role, offering an attractive fee of 15% of each closed sale, plus a 5% renewal commission per user renewal. This structure is designed to generously reward high achievers and motivated sales professionals who are confident in their ability to deliver results.
Commission payment is between $1,300 - $1,500 per completed sale.
