About the Role:
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to successful closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local market trends and legal requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value properties, typically priced at $1.5 - $ 4 million and above.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract qualified buyers for Quality listings.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and property valuations to ensure optimal pricing.
- Proactively build relationships with affluent clientele and understand their unique needs.
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
You are the Ideal Candidate if You Possess:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- A proven track record of success in achieving exceptional sales figures.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Bella Vista/Glenwood property market and its demographics.
- A passion for luxury Real Estate and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
