We are seeking a motivated and professional Administration Assistant to join our team in Magill, South Australia. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by utilizing our CRM system, Monday.com, while also providing excellent customer service, managing phone and email communications, performing data input, preparing documents for review, and assisting customers with inquiries. This is a full-time position, and we are open to considering candidates seeking part-time work during school hours.
Responsibilities:Front-of-House Excellence:
- Be the welcoming face of our company, greeting visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and ensure they're directed to the right departments.
- Keep our reception area tidy and organized, creating a positive first impression for all who enter.
Sales Support:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the company, providing comprehensive assistance with inquiries and product information.
- Accurately generate and process sales quotes in a timely manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
Administrative Ace:
- Provide crucial administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Keep our inventory in check by managing stock ordering and ensuring optimal levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with our financial team to handle accounts receivable and payable tasks as needed.
