Job Title:Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Spring Hill, National Head Office
Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days a week
Reporting To: Managing Director

Company Overview:
An established non-bank lender on a strong growth trajectory, which is seeking a driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at our national head office in Spring Hill. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in implementing marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement marketing and communication initiatives targeting our market through EDM.
• Provide support to the sales team, including preparation of materials, organizing online events, and preparing for seminars.
• Maintain and update internal and external marketing collateral, including product and rate information, banner ads, and the company website.
• Organize and execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp.
• Maintain various compliance requirements for the ongoing operation of the business.
• Liaise with off-shore team members.
• Maintain and update social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

Skills Required:

• Basic Adobe Suite skills required (Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Previous experience with an Email Marketing Platform (Mailchimp or Vision 6) is advantageous.
• Experience with Zoom online event organization is advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent Business/Marketing graduate or finance professional looking for a change in direction.
• Previous experience in B2B Marketing and/or in the finance industry is advantageous.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations, or a Business-related degree are preferred.
• Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate details, product, and technical information.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage time and prioritize without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Proven ability to comprehend and communicate details from technical and compliance manuals, with some previous experience in a finance-related field being looked upon favorably.

Remuneration:
Remuneration will be in accordance with experience.
