Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to
join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives to drive business growth and
increase market share.
Expectations from Candidates:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing management, particularly in industrial/manufacturing enterprises
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
across various channels, including digital and traditional media
Experience with CRM software and Marketing analytics tools
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client
relationships
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue
targets and business objectives.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive sales
performance.
Identify target markets and segments, and develop targeted marketing
campaigns to reach potential customers.
Manage the company's branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Analyze Sales and Marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and
identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,
suppliers, and industry partners.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic
decision-making.
