Dermatology Australasia, the external education department of the Australasian College of Dermatologists is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our small, yet growing team with a focus on blending sales acumen with marketing creativity. Our mission is to train, educate and foster ongoing excellence of general practitioners, nurses, and doctors in training.
Location
St Leonards, NSW (Hybrid Work Options Available)
Salary
$70K+ Super (negotiable, depending on skills and experience), with additional benefits including flexible working hours, work-from-home options, salary packaging, an employee assistance program, and company laptop provided.
About the Role:
As our Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be instrumental in leading our efforts in lead generation, customer acquisition, and content creation across various platforms. Reporting to the Director of External Education, your objectives include:
- Developing a steady flow of qualified leads through emails, networking, and cold outreach.
- Acquiring new customers through tailored sales strategies and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Crafting engaging content for social media, enhancing our digital presence.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant, transferable experience in Sales and/or marketing.
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (TAFE/College/University educational institution providers acceptable).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Meltwater, Canva, CRM and trade shows/events highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational, communication and creative skills with a solutions-focussed, autonomous, and self-directed approach to working.
