Position Overview
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be required to work on a full-time basis to lead and execute Sales and Marketing strategies to drive business growth and promote our properties to local and international buyers.
Your role will involve:
- Develop and execute innovative Sales and Marketing strategies to maximize property Sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage salespersons following procedures throughout the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Lead the sales team to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, social media, and events, to showcase our property listings and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff, to streamline processes and optimize sales performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners to expand our network and generate referrals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales and Marketing team, including training, mentoring, and performance management, to foster a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in real estate Sales and Marketing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company to participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our reputation and promote our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification/certificates in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing management within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of international real estate markets and demonstrated success dealing with overseas buyers.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive results and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Fluency in bilingual languages will be advantageous, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
