Sales and Membership Consultant

Our boutique Studio in Avalon Beach is looking to appoint a passionate, energetic and customer focused Sales & Membership Consultant. You will be driven to share your love for Studio Pilates and the health and wellness benefits of pilates. 
 

Responsibilities:

● Full ownership of the role and growth of client database

● Spearhead studio Sales and increase client retention 

● Strategise and implement local area marketing campaigns, ensuring they are achieving the desired results 

● Increase brand awareness within the local community 

● Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients 

● Be confident to convert leads on a daily basis and regularly contact both current and lapsed clients to increase client retention 

The perfect candidate for this role will: 

● Have a genuine passion for sales (particularly phone sales) and Pilates

● Have the drive and motivation to take full responsibility of the role

● Have a natural ability to connect and build relationships with people

● Have proven track record of working with sales targets 

● Be pro-active, energetic and think outside the box 

● Understand target demographics and brand alignment

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the studio and the long term goals of growth and development. This role has the potential to expand for the right candidate! 

A large component of this role is phone Sales and autonomously managing the sales workload. The ideal candidate will be available to work about 20-30 hours per week. As Sales & Membership Consultant, you will have the support of the Studio Owner, a Sales Support consultant and a dedicated Instructing team. You will receive a competitive salary and a commission structure that will adequately reflect your efforts and success in achieving set revenue targets. Of course you’ll be able to jump into our killer reformer pilates classes too!
