Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Sales Consultant to join our team at Invictus Health Club. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell club memberships to prospective members.
- Conduct tours of the facility and showcase the club's amenities, programs, and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide information about membership options, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist members with account inquiries, membership changes, and billing issues.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into Membership Sales.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and increase Membership Sales.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the fitness or wellness industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fitness programs, equipment, and services is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
