Our Bligh Street club is your sanctuary, set right in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Spread over 5 levels and covering 1,585 sqm, the club features a cardio and weights zone, furnished with top-of-the-line equipment, and five custom built studios for Grid Training (HIIT), Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Cycle and Boxing. Beyond fitness, you'll find a sprawling café with bright windows and plenty of power ports, the perfect switch for your regular work desk.

All About The Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.

In a nutshell:

• You'll start your journey with us, with four weeks of comprehensive training to set you up for sales success
• You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun!) and following up leads and referrals
• You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them
• You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals
• You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively
• You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit
• You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets

• You're passionate about sales and fitness.
• You're patient, level-headed and cool under pressure with relevant customer service, retail or hospitality experience
• You're comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets
• You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey
• You're a team player. You love voicing ideas with your teammates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand. A+ for you
