Job Description
When joining our sales team, you'll be a part of a high performing group who are committed to helping every customer that contacts us. In June 2022, the NobleOak Sales Team was awarded the No.1 Sales Contact Centre team in Australia. This title has been given to us by an external company called GRIST who conducted research using mystery shoppers to assess their experience across all 34 participating Contact Centres. They benchmarked us using 70 behaviours displayed on calls that have proven to be the most successful when winning business.
- Permanent full-time position

- Handling inbound calls - No cold calling!!
- Provide customers with the product information they need to better protect themselves and their families.
- Take clients through Health and Lifestyle applications - You'll learn a lot of new things like medical terms and develop other skills along the way

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- You are highly motivated, a team player and driven by success
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- You have a passion for learning and development - we will teach you everything you need to know!
- Experience working in a sales/call centre environment - ideal but not required.
