Our client, a Luxury Furniture supplier with a strong presence in the APAC market, is seeking a permanent part-time Sales and Showroom Concierge to join and support their design team. This is a Friday to Monday role (4 days / week).
Key Responsibilities - Sales:
- Develop a understanding of the product range to confidently assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients needs
- Administration daily: proficient with Microsoft suite.
Key Responsibilities - Showroom Concierge / Reception:
- Welcome and great all customers as they enter the showroom.
- Offer hospitality service to customers (water, tea, coffee).
- Answer and direct phone and email enquiries.
- Maintain presentation of reception.
- Order and maintain showroom supplies.
Skills and experience:
- Passion for luxury design, interiors and furniture.
- Excellent presentation and professionalism.
- Sales / reception experience in a luxury retail or boutique setting (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience exceeding KPI's.
- Strong work ethic and want to learn and grow.
- Attention to detail and well organised.
- Results focussed and sales driven.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
