Your New Role:
As our new Sales/Warehouse All-rounder, you’ll be on your feet and involved in all general day-to-day store and Warehouse operations including (but not limited to): 

• Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
• General warehousing duties including stock control, re-stocking shelves and packing orders.
• Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up enquiries.
• Building business relationships with current and potential customers
• Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role:

• Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
• You’re a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Warehousing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• You possess good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships and establish rapport with customers.
• You are client-focused and a real team player - committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for clients.
• You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly.
• A hardworking and motivated up and comer who is willing to develop and grow with the team and commit to progressing within the business long-term.
