Job Summary
We are looking for Dynamic Retail Sales Assistants in our Hobart store.
MUST HAVE RETAIL EXPERIENCE
As a Sales Assistant, your role is to promote and sell the company’s range of goods and services to customer. You will be working together with the team performing duties as listed below.
Responsibilities:
• Promoting and selling the company's goods and services and acquire & update knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions.
• Using directories and other sources to compile lists of prospective business clients.
• Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment's goods and
• services.
• Quoting prices and credit terms, recording orders and arranging deliveries
• Following up clients and ensuring satisfaction with goods and services and resolving any problems.
• Accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices.
• Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories.
• Participating in stock takes.
• Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold.
Experience Required:
• Knowledge of Customer and Personal Service.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing.
• English language skill, bilingual or native speaker level of proficiency.
• Information /Technology competency.
• Clerical skills.
• Understanding of cleaning material and supplies an advantage.
**Must have permanent residence status.
