We require an IT Support Analyst, to provide a range of Level 1 and 2 tech support to a top tier boutique legal firm as they continue exciting growth. This is their first in house tech hire and the opportunity to make a difference is significant.
You’ll be supporting approximately 100 users, managing and resolving incidents/requests working collaboratively in a professional but fun and dynamic environment.
Opportunities to make an impact include introduction of ITIL practices and implementation of ticketing systems.
The work will be mainly on site at Bourke St and will encompass a broad range of support for this growing legal practice which comes with 3 extra days of annual leave per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Level 1 and 2 incidents/requests.
- Install, upgrade and support authorised desktop applications.
- Configure and support laptops, printers, and software.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues, proactively researching when required.
- Uplift general awareness of Cyber security, monitor and report on security breaches, manage Anti-Virus systems.
- Strong documentation skills, backed with excellent interpersonal manner to ensure our users feel empowered.
What You Need to Succeed
- A proactive nature, someone who genuinely enjoys seeing technology work.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in IT Support for organisations with over 50+ users.
- Experience across Microsoft systems, Exchange/Outlook, O365 etc
- Wide range of hardware experience (Lenovo laptops, peripherals, voice etc)
- Great communication skills, a team player who enjoys the work.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.
- You will need to be a Permanent Resident and reside in Melbourne for this role.
