About the Role: 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be a team player and driven to assist in the selling of project developments.

Skills and Experience  

• Prospecting and maintaining databases to maximise leads 
• Exposure to real estate contracts and settlement procedures 
• Maintain regular contact and accurate reporting / forecasting to directors 
• Real Estate Qualification (Full Licence or Agents Representative Certificate)  
• Modern reliable motor vehicle
