Currently we are seeking a Department Administration Assistant to support the building department of a renowned Real Estate agency, based in Subiaco.
Supporting the building management departments, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for managing Building & property contracts.
- Submit completion of property sales files into CRM.
- Upload & distribute data for: Finance, Settlement Agents & Builders.
- Finance process: Track & notify all parties.
- Update all tracking & settlement processes.
- Administration assistance with Building & landlord insurance, property management agreements, building inspections, hand over after final inspection.
- General reception & administration duties, as required.
Key Skills:
- Experience in the Building & Real Estate industry highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all clientele, tenants and owners.
- Well-groomed presentation.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software and manage spreadsheets.
- Monday – Friday, working from office in Subiaco.

- $70K- $80K plus super, dependant on experience.
