What is the role?
Based at our Plant in Benalla, Northern Victoria, we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our team
In this capacity, you will work dayshift starting from 6am to 2:15 pm and be responsible for carrying out quality control inspections on incoming parts/products as well as finished products and sub-assemblies to identify quality issues. You will also be responsible for implementing improvement strategies to maintain a high level of Internal and External Customer satisfaction.
Why you?
Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we believe the individual we want in our team will ideally come from a Manufacturing or testing background with formal qualifications or relevant training in Inspection or auditing. Understanding of LV (Low Voltage) and MV (Medium Voltage) Equipment is preferred. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders, perform root cause analysis and interpret standards and quality gaps
Equally critical is your energy, highly developed communication skills, strength in time management and ability to work effectively within a great team environment.
