About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you will confidently engage our customers, offering advice and product information on their specific pet needs by taking the time to ask questions about their pets.
You will identify opportunities to promote preventative treatment and complete care.

With each day you will take pride in your responsibility to:

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer a high sense of customer care.
• Educate customers on our services and the best care for their pets.
• Attend to the presentation of the store.
• Replenish stock and stock rotation.
• Be proactive in your own learning and keeping up to date on pet products and services we provide

About you

• A pet enthusiast who is committed to providing the best customer service.
• Must have availability to work shifts Monday - Friday between 8.30am to 6pm.
• Able to lift 20 kgs.
• Committed and positive team player.
